Chocolate Raviolis

Spent a lovely and relaxing weekend at Buenaventura. The only way to fully relax, was NOT to cook. We usually do while we are in Buenaventura, but this time we splurged and headed to Bristol Hotel to the Tamarindo Restaurant. The meal was beyond yummy, but what I really loved was dessert. We ordered ahead of time our dessert, the menu stated in needed 15min to prepare.
When it arrived I was very happy at the composition and look of the dessert. The ravioli "dough" was actually phillo, crispy and light which encased the yummy chocolate. The bananas were caramalized and on the side was a chocolate ice cream quenelle sitting on top of chocolate cookie crumbs. It was the best way to end our delicious meal.
