Ooey Gooey Butter Chocolate Cookies

As you can clearly see Ive been on a baking binge. Its not possible that I almost lost the baking mojo!! So like all things, you need to practice your skills and improve. These cookies were so fun to make and you can even have little ones help you roll the cookies and cover them with confectionars sugar. I specially love how these cookies have the crackled effect. All cookies are so yummy right our of the oven. They had a cakey consistency, but next time I will add some chocolate chunks for extra chocolate goodness. These are chocolate, but Im thinking of making these Lemon flavor. What do you say? with added Lemon zest for extra ZING!
