Green cake and corned beef

Recipe: Cake lady cake... lemon sponge with lemon curd filling frosted with whipped cream and decorated with green sugar clovers.
Occassion: Hanging out with Irish.
Notes: I was going to save this cake for my first design review on Monday. But Sunday evening we were invited to dinner for corned beef and boiled cabbage and potatoes, so I served the cake there instead (and good thing I did, my design review was cancelled last minute... argh). The cake was light and mildly sweet, 3 persons ate half of this 8" cake in one sitting. WOW. Cake lady cake takes the cake again. =)
