Tiered Cake Class

My second class at Spun Sugar: tiered cakes with Mitchell. No baking involved, they provided the white velvet cake rounds and buttercreams (filling is lemon curd buttercream). I assembled the cake and made the decorative petals on the outside. Petals are made of white chocolate:fondant (1:1) mix. At home I dissasembled the cake to get a taste... way too sweet. I only took two bites and was completely empalagada (milk helps in these situations). The lemon in it does give it a nice kick. I re-decorated the bottom layer to take to work.
