Nectarine Galette

Haven't baked in a while... was inspired by the many recipes of fruit tarts/pies/crumbles online as summer desserts. Spotted some nice nectarines at a nearby farmer's market, and decided to make a galette. It is a bad sign when I can't remember my fail safe crust recipe! I had to do a little research and guesstimate the ingredients. To add a little umpf to the galette (wasn't sure how nectarines would be on their own) I also made some polenta crisp to sprinkle on top. The result: the ice cream was masking the flavorlessness of the galette! I've lost my baking mojo again! OH NO!
