Eaten Cake

Recipe: Dense Chocolate Cake from Nigella Lawson's "How to be a Domestic Goddess."
Occasion: Mario B. Birthday.
Observations: Truth is, I was too lazy to go get the camera and take a pic until after the fact. So here is a pic of the pan next to the picture in the book. However, the cake I made looked nothing like that loaf... mine had a deep crater in the middle because I didn't bake it long enough. When I turned it out of the pan it looked whole though. =] It was still very moist and lighter than it looked. Yummy. I will need to check my timing next time. I also ran out of time and didn't get around to making a frosting for it. But it was great with chocolate ice cream.
