Carrot Cake Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Recipe: Caprial's Desserts, both the cake and the frosting.
Occasion: Rudy's 25th Birthday Potluck Dinner Celebration
Notes: I cut the recipe in half. It said it was for two 9in round pans and I just did for one. Also I had to modify the amount of cream cheese cause the recipe was to frost a complete cake. I just added ingredients and tasted as I went along. Decorations provided by the sugar decorations at Crate and Barrel. (after Easter Sale). They were very moist and full of flavor! YUMMY
