Salty Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe: NM cookies without the espresso. A sprinkling of sea salt on top before baking.
Occasion: Experimenting with contrasting flavors.
Notes: I wanted to try a salty-sweet cookie. I was a little hesitant so I did not sprinkle much (you can barely see it on the picture). I liked the flavors merging in my mouth. I would sprinkle more salt on the cookie next time and spread it more evenly. Or maybe coarser grains of salt would go better. However, my co-worker just had one and said the saltiness took away from the cookie, I guess he's a sweet purist.

The chocolates Suelika+Jorge sent for my birthday had some salt crystals. Actually pretty good; made the sweetness of the chocolate stand out a bit more.
