Scones

Recipe: I don't remember where I got this from... a newspaper clipping? I have memorized the recipe, it's very simple.
Occasion: I needed a baking fix before I'm shipped off to China for two weeks. I will miss my oven and chocolate chip collection.
Notes: I had a medium carton of whipping cream, so I thought I would make a double batch of scones... It wasn't enough for all the dough to get moist and I ran out of milk! So I scooped out the moist part of the mix and shaped the scones with that. I saved the rest of the mix for baking tonight. Who is going to eat all these scones???
