Hummingbird Cupcakes

Hummingbird cucpakes... basically banana bread with pineapple and optional coconut. Can barely tell they're in the mix. Pretty good right out of the oven... worried they will be a little dry by tomorrow. This is my favorite cupcake from Love at First Bite. No cream cheese frosting for these... don't like the overly sweet flavors.
