Cake Tasting

I will be making a wedding cake and cupcake tower for a friends wedding on February 6. AAAHHH!!! The pressure!

Had the cake tasting last Friday. I three different types of cupcakes: chocolate with raspberry filling, vanilla with lemon filling, and carrot cake with cream cheese filling. The chosen flavors for the wedding are: chocolate and vanilla both with raspberry filling, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. OH BOY! I'm stocking up on supplies these next few weeks!
