Moonlight Job

Last night was my first shift working in a local catering kitchen. My schedule will be Mon and Wed 7-11pm, plus extra random shifts depending on need (such as Sun 20). I assisted the baker in making lime bars, passionfruit/raspberry bars, and brownies. I also strained the lobster/shrimp stock. I had a bite of an already made brownie as I was mixing the brownie batter, and it was way too sweet. But I guess a lot of people like it that way. Shift was done early at 9:45pm, so I went to watch 9... it was 09/09/09.
