SK's Birthday Cake

SK's bday was the day before the wedding. He had requested a topsy turvy cake for the wedding... NOT. So I surprised him with one for his birthday! MC (same awesome girl who made the wedding cake) wowed us all with this creation. Inside bottom layer was a very dense and rich chocolate cake, more like a giant brownie.
