Birthday Cupcakes

Co-worker's wife (aka Mama) celebrated her birthday on Saturday. We were invited over for homemade pozole (pork stew with hominy). I made vanilla cupcakes with strawberry filling. SK insisted on being the piping master and topped the cupcakes with his artwork.
