Oreo Cupcakes

Had a mini Potluck dinner saturday night. Decided to bake something interesting, different from my usual. Individual desserts are less messy. Made oreo cupcakes, with oreo crumb frosting topped with a WHOLE Oreo. Substituted vegetable shortening in the frosting for butter. It tasted exactly like what goes in between the Oreo.
