Apple Crumble

Yes, I know I've posted about this before... but it's such an easy dessert to put together last minute (or keep the crumble mixture in the freezer) and always a hit. This time I didn't have cornmeal, so I replaced with more flour and added coconut. Best when served with vanilla ice cream.
