Hearts Cake

Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Filling and White and Pink Pastry Cream Frosting with Sugar Hearts

Notes: I whipped the cream more this time, made sure it was holding up well on its own. Added the sugar hearts as an afterthought. I suspect I might not have mixed the cake dough well enough, there were lighter spots on the cake as I brought it out of the oven.
